Jonathan also has extensive experience in the area of eDiscovery and digital evidence and has represented companies in the financial services, as well as other industry sectors, providing up-to-date, cost-effective data retention and discovery strategies.

Management responsibilities included profit and loss responsibility, marketing and business development activities, talent management, hiring and acquisitions, strategic planning and performance reviews. After transitioning his practice to DLA Piper, one of the largest and most respected law firms in the world, Jonathan created and co-chaired DLA’s Private Funds Dispute Group, an international group of litigation and corporate legal professionals with industry-specific knowledge in the private fund space spanning the firm’s global offices in major financial hubs, including New York, London, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Dubai.

After leaving DLA, Jonathan spent more than four years at Delta Capital Partners, a private equity firm specializing in litigation finance.
